American singer, Mariah Carey snapped back at her angry fans on Twitter after being accused of lip-synching at the recently held BET Awards.
The 43-year-old singer rendered “Beautiful” with Miguel and Young Jeezy at the event. But her act left her fans dismayed and they took to microblog to vent out their anger.
A fan wrote: “I waited for Mariah all this time to see Mariah lip synch!! Really?”
The singer has been accused of lip-synching for the second time in last few months.
Earlier the singer was allegedly criticized for lip-synching a medley of her hits at the American Idol held in May.
Coming to her defense, husband Nick Cannon said, “My wife is a perfectionist and clearly because she’s done it right all her life. So she actually puts a lot of work into these performances. There’s no management helping make decisions. Everything you see is all her, whether it’s a collaboration when the lights hit, how she enters, she’s doing all of that.”
