This model is anticipated to be an upgrade from last year's Motorola Edge 50 Ultra. An X user named Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) shared insights about the unconfirmed Motorola Edge 70 Ultra. According to the post, the smartphone will feature an OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. It is suggested to include the as-yet-unnamed Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip. Qualcomm is predicted to reveal this chipset by the end of the month. Reports also suggest that the Motorola Edge 70 Ultra will include a periscope telephoto camera. Furthermore, it is likely to retain the slim and lightweight design of the Edge 70, positioning it as a competitor to premium devices like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone Air.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra showcases a 6.7-inch 1.5K LTPS pOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Other notable features of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra include a 6.7-inch LTPS pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, a 4,500mAh battery, and a 50-megapixel front camera.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra supports 125W TurboPower charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. It is equipped with a triple rear camera system, which includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera.
